Welcome to Queens Puzzle!

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Queens Puzzle website and mobile game (together, the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be legally able to accept these Terms in your country. If you are under the age required to consent, you may use the Services only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

2) License to use the Game

Satchel Apps grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

We do not sell the Game to you—this is a license.

3) App store terms

If you download the Game from a store (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store), you also agree to that store’s terms. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store rules, the store rules may control to the extent required.

4) Advertising and third-party services

The Game may display advertisements (for example via Google AdMob). Ads and third-party services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, content, or services, even if linked or shown through ads.

5) Acceptable use (what you may not do)

You agree you will not, and will not attempt to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Services

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code (except where permitted by law)

• Circumvent security or access restrictions

• Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploits that disrupt gameplay or integrity

• Interfere with or overload the Services or networks

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  

6) Intellectual property

The Services (including all content, code, design, artwork, logos, game mechanics, and trademarks) are owned by Satchel Apps or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our branding (including “Satchel Apps” or “Queens Puzzle”) without written permission, except as allowed by law.

7) Updates, changes, and availability

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time (for example, to improve gameplay, fix bugs, or comply with legal requirements). We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or error-free.

8) User communications and support

9) Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled (including advertising-related data).

10) Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that the Services will be free of defects, or that any issues will be corrected.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Satchel Apps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Satchel Apps’ liability will be limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

12) Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Satchel Apps from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and users. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Game and discontinuing use of the website.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

14) Governing law and jurisdiction
